Kathleen was born in Germany, raised in Portland, Oregon, and now calls NYC her home. A graduate of Marymount Manhattan College, Kathleen’s career was given a kick start when she challenged for the Role of Sandy on NBC’s "GREASE: You’re the One That I Want". Favorite roles include Elle Woods in the first national tour of Legally Blonde the Musical and Dede Halcyon-Day in the world premiere of Tales of The City the Musical. Kathleen made her Broadway debut originating the role of Heather Stovall in the Broadway musical Hands On A Hardbody.
Recently, Kathleen reprised her role as "Dede Halcyon-Day" in a one night Broadway concert of Tales of The City The Musical written by Jeff Whitty with music and lyrics by Jake Shears and John Garden. The evening benefitted the Eugene O'neill Theater Center and The Trevor Project.

Kathleen and her husband Frank Monteleone own Full Armor Films, a boutique producing house that develops and produces content for TV and Film.
